We ship our handcrafted products via USPS.  Unless otherwise noted, all products are shipped within 3 days of the order.  All customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been processed.

Once we have handed your package over to USPS we cannot be held responsible for any delays or problems with shipping, however, we will gladly follow up on any of these issues should they arise.   

If the outside of your box is damaged when it arrives, please take photos of the box before opening it and be sure to send them to us either by email to or text (423) 999-1695

If you find your item/s have been damaged please notify us right away.  Unfortunately, if this happens, we may not be able to offer a replacement as most handcrafted products sold on our marketplace are one-of-a-kind, however, we will promptly refund your money including shipping charges.
